Wheel bearing seals

I need to repack bearings on my 340FLR. How do I tell what size seals and bearings I need?

When I did mine the first time I pulled one wheel and took the bearings and seal into my parts store and they matched them. Also I upgraded my seals to a double lipped seal.Dave

There is a number stamped on the old ones. I called etrailer and had them shipped. Made in USA
