Well finally address the fueling issue with the fuel docking station.we could never get it to except gas took forever to fill it.so it fixed it i took a driveway reflector marker shoved it down fill pipe i felt a little resistance. bam now it works good kept marker handy just in case . hope this helps anyone with fueling station :woohoo :woohoo

Sounds like you knocked an obstruction loose and it is possibly in the tank. It may now find it’s way to the inlet at the pump or outlet if gravity feed.

i dont think so mark i just pushed on fiber glass rod it felt like it was a flapper valve i just un stuck i didnt push hard enough to break anything i think it just felt stuck. but i am not sure could not see down in tank with taking it all apart.and with it being a gas tank wasnt going to use anything metal lol.all i know is it took gas like it was suppose to. i kept yard marker handy if it sticks again :Ban :Ban :Ban

Curious... Was your generator starving for fuel too? I have a similar issue filling (will try the fiberglass rod trick), but I'm also struggling keeping fuel flowing to the generator. Seems like my issue may be more of a tank venting issue...

Late to the thread but it is a float ball in a small cage at the tank/inlet hose. When fuel sloshes back toward the fill neck, it blocks gas from flowing out to the cap and possibly leaking. When my Highlander wouldn’t take fuel, I lowered the tank by an 1 1/4 inches for downward flow. Saw the ball had varnished to the cage. I popped it loos but a little to hard and it dropped in the tank. No noticeable effects so far.
