We arrived from Florida safe and mechanically sound. We had a small issue in the heat of Florida while towing. The fuel system went into vapor lock 4 times. Easy fix. Stop and pump up the fuel filter assembly. Second, third and forth day truck run perfect. I want to thank my 2006 Duramax for getting me from Florida to home without any major issues 1,525 miles. Thanks to my Firestone truck tires, thanks to my Timken bearings for not failing, thanks to my TPMS for watching my tire pressures, thanks to my Sailun tires where the rubber meets the road for not failing. They now have over 32,000 miles on them with less than 50% wear and most of all thanks to Mother Nature for only a small sprinkle while traveling on the road and keeping us safe. She held off until the last night and she sent thunder, lightning, small hail and rain by the barrels full. All in all it was a good trip. Jerry and Sue, Talli the smallest terrorest.
