Solar Won’t Stay On in Fifth Wheel

We just bought the fifth wheel and can’t get the solar to stay on. We brought it in to the dealership and they said it was programmed wrong in the jay command system but what they did didn’t fix it. Does anyone know where the solar controller is located is the tbs model I’m wondering if it’s just a loose connection

Not sure what rig you have, because I do not know what the tbs model is, but my sister in law has a pull behind trailer, and her charge controller is located in the basement, upside down. Crazy stupid place for it.

On my Arctic Fox, the original charge controller was mounted in the basement behind a wall. Maybe call that dealer and ask them??
