My first impression is wow what a long rear overhang! The axles appear to be right in the middle!

That`s the first thing I noticed in the pic. Must have been the camera. Here`s another. Looks more "normal".

I was thinking it could be a camera angle thing

Yes, Kerrville, Texas

There is a report of Silverstar sold elsewhere, not just Texas. Recall another buying in Ohio.

Now it could be a 2nd hand unit sold in another state.

I thought it was just another way for dealers with overlapping franchise territories to basically sell the same product under a different label?
A quick search of RVTrader only showed them being sold at ExploreUSA in Texas. They have several locations in Texas that would have already been covered by Terry Vaughn, McClains' and I'm sure others.

Just found another called WilkinsRV in New York with 4 locations, probably same issues though...

Months ago I used the dealer locator function on the Highland Ridge website and looked on a bunch of states and and only found Silver Star dealers in Texas.

Supposing the Silverstar line name a Explorer USA of Texas exclusive thingie.

It was originally a ExploreUSA exclusive not sure if still is. I was talking with Sean Chaney head guy a few years ago and he was pumped about this new branding they worked out with HR. At that time they were not even available yet
