Full timer here in New Mexico. Last November this little guy showed up. Really skittish at first so I would leave food out, eventually let me pet him etc. Case book example of a stray and building trust in a animal. End of December he made the leap of coming into the RV and eventually started spending the night. Big time cuddle buddy!

I figure he was abandoned to be so friendly. He stays with me now but I have never gotten him to use a litter. He just tells me when he wants to be let out. Never has used the bathroom in the RV, doesnt scratch anything. As a result he is a indoor outdoor cat. Got him all his shots and what not. His name is Buddy since when I first met him I would say hey little buddy. Vet said hes about 1 year old maybe 1.5 years old.

Nice that you gave this homeless cat a home! He certainly looks content with his new home and family! I have done the same at home for a few cats just left behind when some of our neighbors moved out and just left their cat behind.

Politically allowing a cat to go outside is a no no.

But, frankly, we have had a number of them. The indoor outdoor cats are the best pets!

Our old vet was convinced this was so however, his peers did not agree with him.

Ours came when they were called. Sometimes not quickly, but, they always came. Treats re the ticket here.
