We live in NC and have a delaminating right rear wall. Highland Ridge wants to pick it up, bring to Indiana, perform the work, then bring back to is in NC. They say the dealer cannot perform this work. Still under warranty. No timeline! Has anyone experienced this and should we request compensation for our trouble or perhaps some sort of loaner fifth-wheel during this prime RV season? What a mess.

In my opinion, you are lucky that they are willing to repair this, as many companies would call delamination a result of poor maintenance. I think 90 days is the limit for water intrusion. Anyway, I've heard that the factory will do the best job and likely to fix other things that they see. Others have faired much worse. Good luck!

PS... the title says it's a 2024, but in your avatar it's a 2022. Huge difference.

i had delamation on a 272 in 2016 they found problem while it was at dealer open range called us said they were going to build us a new one.it took 6months but they let us use the 2016 tll ours was done.dont know of a mfg that would do that lol :woohoo :woohoo . thats why i will only own a open range they have been really good to us

Ours went back to the factory twice. Once they picked it up and the second time we brought it there. The first time the repair was done incorrectly. Second time it was done right. They fixed a lot of other things as well. We brought it to them in January and got it back in April.
