I'm lost, the battery isnt charging when we are plugged into shore power. There's dc power at the converter output, brand new battery and the battery switch is on. I believe that there's a fuse protecting the battery. But anyone know where its located, its going to be a pain if I need to trace the wire. Its an OPEN RANGE 2021 275 RLS
Another piece of this puzzle, the trailer has the Lippert one control system installed. It enables me to use my phone to control slides, awning, jacks and lights. It also gave battery voltage, and it used to work. Battery voltage is reading 0. I need to contact Lippert tomorrow.

In this situation step one is to check the battery voltage at the battery terminals at the battery. At night if you have solar connected. voltmeter time.

Wet cell batteries are 0-12.6 volts. Tenths matter a lot.

Assuming below 12. Step two is to plug in shore power. Reading the battery at the terminal should be 13 or more.

If 0 then check the reverse polarity fuses. To large side by side fuses to protect from wiring the battery backwards. Might be in the fuse panel. Might be on the converter. Verify that all four corners of the fuses register over 12 volts. All should be hot.

Often in trailers near the battery often there is a 40 amp or so breaker. 2"x1"x1" breaker affair in the line between the battery and the fuse panel. You will get dirty looking for it. on it is a cleverly hidden button to reset.

This should get you going.
