Hope I use this correctly.

My name is Cowboy, I am having a problem with inside fridge. It keeps blowing the GFI breaker at the Fuse panel when set to auto on fridge. I switch it to gas everything works. Put it back in auto and again it blows breaker. Nothing else is plugged into any recepticles
inside or outside trailer. Does anyone have any suggestions to cure this problem?

When the fridge is on and set to gas, will the GFI breaker stay on? If not, then there is a wiring issue that causes the GFI to trip. Could be a white / neutral not connected properly. Or a green or bare ground not connected properly.

If the GFI stays on with the above test, but trips when set to auto and the fridge comes on, then it sounds like it is pulling too many amps for that circuit breaker. How many amps is the breaker? How many amps does the fridge take? Look inside the fridge door for the amps (or find the model number so you can look on the web for the amps).

There may be a loose wire making contact with ground and tripping the gfi breaker. Check the receptacle into which the refrigerator is plugged. Maybe a loose wire under the slide out, assuming the refrigerator is in a slide out.

If all of the above checks out then the GFCI breaker could possibly be defective. You can get them at Ace, Lowes, Home Depot, or any of your favorite toy ... I mean hardware store.

A second To ComputerGuy's answer. A new GFCI is the first fix to try. I've done it on two different occasions on different units and that was the issue.

So the main gfci breaker in the panel is the one that controls the fridge? Nothing in my panel is labeled for “fridge”. I have no power at the wire where my receptacle is that the fridge plugs into or the one next to the fridge by the range. But breaker seems to work.
