boone dockers and harvest host

does anyone have boondocker/ harvest host. we have hh thinkingwe make other trips also of getting boondockers.what is everyones ideas. we are traveling to az from ohio just wondering if it is worth having .

traveled from Ohio to California and back thru Arizona

Love harvest host. However, our style is sort of random. Little planning. We make reservations for weekly stays but HH on the way.

You need to do it 4-5 timed a year to make it pay.

We have slept in all kinds of places. Farms. Restaurants bars museums wineries breweries. We would spend money there anyway so the camping is free.

Has made us more boondockers.

The DW commands the accommodations. We also look for small family rv parks. We are not real picky.
