I bought a new 29'Open Range Lite in 2021. I had to replace the main slide out floor about 2 1/2 years latter at the cost of $3,500.00. Factory said floors are not covered. They have many complaints about the floors which they know about yet do not take responsibility for. All of my seals have been check by a dealer they sent me to because now I can not close my slide out unless I go outside and lift up while someone in side pushes the button. The dealer said it should go back to the factory because the main floor by the slide out is swelled up and not letting the slide close. He even wrote a letter that all seals are in good shape. Called and talk to warranty people and even a so called director and all they would say is your out of warranty. The floor is not a normal plywood floor it is a a vacuum sealed floor. I have read complaints from others with the same problems and the same reply from the factory. So do your home work and check on the complaints about Open Range floors and how they will not back their products. BUYER BEWARE!!!
