Just brought home a new to us 2020 335MBH 5th wheel. Brought it home and had it hooked up to shore power for half the day while we loaded all the stuff in from our old trailer. Went to our storage to drop the trailer and when disconnecting the landing gear motor quit just as I raised it high enough to disconnect from the hitch. I figured the batteries were toast however they are only a few months old and read full on the panel in the trailer, and all slides and other electronics work fine.

One thing to note is I may have extended the gear pretty far by not dropping the feet down far enough. Any fuses I can check before firing the money cannon at it?

Thanks

Tried searching but didn’t have much luck.

There is a inline 30 amp fuse in the forward storage bay for the landing gear--
and also the landing gear can be cranked by hand with a provided hand crank
that is accessed from the drivers side.

Also check your batteries using a digital voltmeter. Buying used those batteries are probably near the end of their serviceable life, if they are the original batteries from initial purchase. Remove them and take them to an auto parts store that can test them. Also a lot of dealers only put a group 24 battery in the rig. Definitelytoo small for a rv. If you have to replace them measure the area where they sit and replace with at least group 27 batteries.Dave

Good advice above, and another thing to try is to put your control panel in manual mode in the menu, press Enter, and see if it moves then. Mine sometimes goes to a certain height, then stops. So I go to Manual mode.
