2014 Open Range 246RBS Water Heater Not Heating

I am new to this so I would really appreciate some help. I have an open range 2014 246RBS.
The hot water isn't heating up.
I had the panel replace and winterized the trailer about 5 months ago and havent used the trailer since.
Is there a outside on off switch somewhere. I have checked the fuses and I know where the on in the panel is. Not sure where else to look.
If you know can you please let me know and take a picture of it.

is the water getting a little warm check make sure outside shower is turned off

Thanks, Finally had someone come by was able to get it going!
